Night Shift -7:00pm - 7:00am positions available, requires working every other weekend, rotating holiday schedule.

Job DescriptionSummaryPersonal Care Aides (PCAs) provide compassionate, hands-on care to ensure residents' health and well-being.
Essential functionsAssist residents with daily living activities (e.g., grooming, dressing, bathing)Monitor and maintain residents' personal hygiene and suppliesPerform regular rounds and respond to residents' needsSupport residents during meals and encourage participation in activitiesMaintain cleanliness of residents' living spaces and do laundryAssist with mobility, including transfers and transportationProvide basic health-related assistance (e.g., bowel/bladder management, prosthetic devices)Communicate effectively with residents and staffMaintain accurate records and follow care plansPerform other duties as assigned

QualificationsExperience:
• Six months to one-year related experience or training. Specific experience with older adults or in the retirement housing industry preferred.Education:
