IN-HOME CAREGIVER - MIDDLETOWN JOB SUMMARY

Lean On Me Caregiving is seeking compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers serving Middletown, DE and surrounding areas up to Dover . We are currently looking for caregivers interested in building consistent hours and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors within their community. No certification is required . We are non-medical caregiving agency, and we welcome individuals with a caring heart, strong work ethic, and passion for helping others. Please note that working every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and every other holiday is required .

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Engage clients in social activities and companionship to promote mental well-being. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the healthcare team.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Ability to travel between clients within Middletown and surrounding areas up to Dover. Ability to work independently while following care plans and instructions. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others. Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening as required by Delaware state regulations. Valid Delaware driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance meeting Delaware state requirements. $16.00 - $17.50 per hour Expected hours:
