Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Caregiver/Staff Personnel to join our team in providing exceptional care to residents in a supportive and nurturing environment. This vital role involves assisting individuals with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their safety and well-being. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for those in their care. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure resident health status ocationaly. Support residents with memory care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care strategies Asist with self-administer medications following prescribed protocols and document all medication activities accurately Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing cleaning duties and adhering to infection control standards Requirements Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or residential care homes is highly preferred Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and memory care techniques Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid required or willing to obtain upon hire Background check, level 2 is a must. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments is advantageous Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Physical ability to perform handling tasks safely A compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve residents' quality of life Join us in making a meaningful difference every day!
