Position Responsibilities:

Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews Schedule interviews for all hiring managers Requirements Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting Caregiver recruiting required Home care recruiting highly preferred Knowledge of federal and state employment laws Strong verbal and written communication skills Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
