Caregiver PRN to full-time Mon-Friday Job description: Overview Join our dynamic team where we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Caregiver, HHA and CNA's in Gainesville, Starke and Lake City Location. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene. Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Prepare and serve meals according to client preferences and dietary needs. Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and maintaining a clean-living environment. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Assist with medication reminders as permitted by state regulations and agency policy. Escort or accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities when authorized. Observe and report changes in the client's physical, emotional, or mental condition to the supervisor. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and submit required paperwork in a timely manner. Follow all agency policies, HIPAA regulations, infection control procedures, and safety guidelines. Promote client dignity, privacy, independence, and respect at all times.
