As a Caregiver with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing exceptional care and support in their own homes. About the Role As a Caregiver with Compassionate Connections Home Care, you will be responsible for providing non-medical support to our clients, including: Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Providing companionship and conversation Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation Maintaining a safe and healthy living environment Monitoring and reporting any changes or concerns to our clinical team Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination Responsibilities Provide exceptional care and support to clients in their own homes Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure comprehensive care Requirements 0 years of experience (training provided) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Benefits Competitive hourly rate Ongoing training and education opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment (
