Job Description
DIRECT CARE WORKER
3pm-11pm- Responsible to provide supervision of residents
- Schedule includes every weekend
- We are a phone-free facility - Staff are expected to leave their phones in their vehicles.
- Respond to resident call alarms for assistance.
- Document changes in condition in Point Click Care
- Assist with Medications as needed
- Conduct check and changes for persons with adult briefs
- Assist with showers if needed
- Provide assistance with transfer to the hospital when needed.
- File and scan documents to resident files
- Communicate effectively with team mates and management
- Follow instructions to ensure resident safety
- Respect and observe resident rights
- Remain awake through the night hours
- conduct bed checks as needed.
