Job Requirements:

Must have a valid HHA or CNA certification Must have CEU's Physical Exam and TB screening Up to date CPR Certification Must be able to drive a van for a handicap patient Valid driver's license Ability to provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities Compassionate, dependable, and professional

Schedule:

Thursday through Sunday Afternoon shifts
