We need someone who can provide personal support while also encouraging communication, basic learning activities, positive behavior, daily routines, and greater independence.

Schedule Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday:

4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday:

11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 28 hours per week Responsibilities Provide personal support according to the client's care plan Assist with daily routines and promote independence Engage the client in age-appropriate educational and developmental activities Reinforce communication, social interaction, and positive behavior Provide supervision, companionship, encouragement, and emotional support Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping related to the client Observe and document the client's progress, mood, behavior, and any concerns Follow agency procedures and maintain confidentiality Qualifications Patient, compassionate, reliable, and able to maintain consistent routines Comfortable supporting an individual with developmental or behavioral needs Previous personal support, direct care, caregiving, or special-needs experience preferred Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening CPR and First Aid certification preferred Must be available for the complete required schedule

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 28.0 per week
