Join Our Compassionate Team Job Summary At Owl Kare Home Health Services , we are committed to providing compassionate, person-centered care that helps individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking dedicated and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with additional needs. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide hands-on assistance, companionship, and support with daily routines while helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and engaged in their homes and communities. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) , including: Bathing Dressing Grooming Toileting Personal hygiene Mobility and transfers Feeding assistance, when needed Assist clients with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) , including: Meal planning and preparation Light housekeeping and laundry Grocery shopping and errands Medication reminders Organization of household tasks Provide companionship and emotional support. Observe, document, and report changes in the client's condition, behavior, or environment. Follow individualized care plans and agency policies. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. Promote client independence while respecting personal preferences, routines, and cultural values. Qualifications Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, PCA, CNA license. CPR and First Aid certification. Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or chronic health conditions is a plus. Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
