Job Description

Qualifications:
We're looking for a passionate, driven individual who is committed to supporting seniors in the community and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referral sources. Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks. Oversee a sales territory and maintain an organized contact database. Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing accounts. Confidently deliver presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals. Provide exceptional and consistent customer service. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Conduct outreach to Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Collaborate with team members to identify and develop new market opportunities. Utilize innovative strategies to grow and maintain the customer base. Engage in community outreach activities, including presentations, exhibits, and one-on-one interactions with community groups, as well as coordinate special events. Foster open communication with clinical operations staff to promote a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
Job Requirements:
Established network of contacts and strong relationships within the healthcare industry is preferred. Must be customer-focused, persistent, and confident in presenting services to healthcare professionals. Existing relations are a plus! Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience. Valid state driver's license and automobile insurance required.

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
