Job Description

SHIFT IS

Sunday:

5 hours per day

Monday:

5 hours per day

Tuesday:

5 hours per day

Wednesday:

5 hours per day Part-Time position 20 hours per week. This position is flexible in that the individual could work 5 consecutive hours per day or work a split shift, 2 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening to cover dinner time. •

Services also include non-medical care, and supervision. This service can provide access to community-based activities that cannot be provided by natural or unpaid community supports and are likely to result in an increased ability to access community resources without paid support. Will need to pass level 2 background check and have reliable transportation. We are a W2 provider.
