We are seeking dependable Caregivers to support adults and seniors throughout the Miami area. Pay & Benefits Weekly Pay - Direct deposit every Friday Competitive Pay Rates $19/hour $20/hour $21/hour Paid Time Off - Earn 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked Additional Benefits Free Telehealth Primary Care Access 401(k) Match after 1 year and 1,000 hours worked Referral Bonuses Travel Incentives (when applicable) 24/7 Support Team Schedule Requirements We are seeking caregivers who: Are available at least 3 weekdays Have availability between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Can work 8-10 hour shifts Can commit to at least 3 months of availability Responsibilities Provide compassionate in-home care for adults and seniors Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Provide medication reminders Offer companionship and emotional support Accompany clients to appointments or community activities when needed Monitor client well-being and communicate updates with families and care coordinators Qualifications At least 1 year of caregiving experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, memory care, personal care, or a related field Two professional caregiving references CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude Availability for at least 3 weekdays between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Preferred Experience Caregiver Home Care Aide Companion Caregiver Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Home Health Aide (HHA) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Assisted Living Caregiver Memory Care Caregiver Senior Caregiver Direct Support Professional (DSP) Why Caregivers Choose TLC Family Care Weekly direct deposit Competitive pay Paid time off Free telehealth access Referral bonuses Supportive team available 24/7 Consistent client placements Rewarding work helping adults and seniors remain safe and comfortable at home If you're a compassionate caregiver looking for rewarding work with a company that values and supports its team, we'd love to hear from you.
