As an In-Home Caregiver, you will help clients maintain their independence, comfort, and quality of life through companionship, personal assistance, and daily living support. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and making a meaningful difference in their community. $19/hour for 1 dependent $20/hour for 3 dependents $21/hour for 4 dependents Paid Time Off

  • Guidance and support whenever you need it Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support to adult and senior clients Assist with daily routines and activities of daily living Help with meal preparation and light household tasks Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or community activities when needed Provide medication reminders and wellness check-ins Support clients in maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment Communicate updates to families and care coordinators as appropriate Requirements At least 1 year of caregiving, senior care, home care, personal assistant, healthcare support, or related experience Two professional references CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Availability for at least 3 months and 3+ weekdays between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts Ability to pass required background screening Why Join TLC Family Care?
