About Victoria Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Victoria Nursing and Rehabilitation is a state-of-the-art 314-bed facility that offers guests a unique healthcare experience, combining post-acute and rehabilitative services within a boutique-hotel environment.
Located:
955 W 3rd Ave Miami, Fl 33128 Seeking Patient Care Attendants (PCA) - Willing to Train Victoria Nursing & Rehabilitation Center looking for PCAs to join our growing team. Learn a new profession and touch the lives of others. We have all shifts available!
Essential Duties include:
Answers call light in a timely manner. Places all belongings within patients' reach (call light, pitcher, glasses, remote, etc.) Serves and collects meal trays, assists during meals, sanitizes/cleans tables after meals. Assists residents in communication involving technology (Zoom, FaceTime, others). Assists with monitoring residents in the common area to maintain safety. Assists residents in admission and discharge including the inventory of belongings. Gathers supplies needed for the provision of care. Makes unoccupied beds. Assists residents in activity engagement of their choice and interest.
Requirements:
No experience needed - Paid Training. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Career Ladder Completion of the required course hours, following the clinical guidelines and skills checklist, allows testing to become a Certified Nurse Assistant - that comes with a pay increase !
