Assisted Living Caregiver

Tina's Assisted Living Facility is looking for compassionate, reliable Caregivers to join our team. We provide a warm, home-like environment for our residents and are seeking staff who are dedicated to enhancing their quality of life through direct care and daily engagement.

What We're Looking For Flexible Schedule:

We need team members with open availability who can work both morning and night shifts.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Compassion:

A genuine desire to work with seniors and provide high-quality care.

Reliability:

Our residents count on us, so consistent attendance is a must.

Key Responsibilities Meal Preparation:

Preparing and serving nutritious meals for residents according to dietary needs.

Activity Coordination:

Leading and helping with daily activities and social programs to keep residents engaged and active.

Personal Care:

Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).

Facility Support:

Ensuring the facility remains clean and safe and providing companionship to residents. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Must be able to pass a background check. Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Previous experience in assisted living or home health is a plus, but not required.
