We provide high-touch, relationship-driven support including: Non-medical personal support Companion care Safety checks Meal preparation Light housekeeping Laundry Transportation coordination Care coordination support Position Overview Serenelle Living is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and highly organized Caregiver / Companion Care Provider in Ocala/Gainseville . This role operates under our hub-and-spoke care model . What does that mean? Your home serves as your professional hub , while the clients you support are the spokes . You will travel from your home to multiple client homes/facilities within your service radius during scheduled shifts, rather than reporting to a central office every day. This role is ideal for someone who is: Self-motivated Comfortable working independently Excellent at time management Warm and relationship-oriented Able to adapt to changing client needs Responsibilities Responsibilities may include: Non-Medical Care Support Companionship and emotional support Safety supervision Mobility assistance / standby assist Medication reminders Assistance with routines and daily structure Wellness check-ins Household Support We strongly prefer candidates with experience in: Laundry Linen changes Light housekeeping Dishwashing Organizing living spaces Basic meal preparation Maintaining a clean and safe environment Pet-Friendly Requirement Many of our clients have beloved pets. Candidates must be comfortable around animals , including: Dogs Cats Birds Small companion pets Bonus if you are comfortable assisting with: Feeding pets Water refills Brief walks / potty breaks Basic pet companionship Applicants with pet allergies or fear of animals may not be the best fit for this role. Preferred:
