Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist with basic care tasks, such as transferring, lifting, and ambulating clients Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including meal preparation, medication administration, and household chores Promote independence and dignity by encouraging clients to perform tasks for themselves Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other care team members Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and achieve client goals Document care provided and report any changes or concerns to the care team

Requirements:

0 years of experience (new graduates welcome!) Ability to lift, bend, and move clients as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
