Resident Care Partner (CNA) - 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Part-Time | Onsite Aden Senior Living -

Essential Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support residents in maintaining personal hygiene, comfort, and dignity. Promote a safe, clean, and healthy living environment. Provide individualized care and assistance based on each resident's needs and care plan. Observe, monitor, and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition. Accurately document resident care, observations, concerns, and progress. Communicate effectively with nursing staff and leadership regarding resident needs and updates. Obtain and record monthly vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate. Assist residents with dining, mobility, social engagement, and recreational activities as needed. Follow all community policies, procedures, and safety protocols while performing assigned duties. Contribute to a positive, resident-centered culture that promotes independence, choice, and quality of life. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience & Certifications Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or healthcare settings preferred, but not required. New CNAs are encouraged to apply.
