This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of caregiving principles and a commitment to upholding resident rights while fostering a supportive environment. Duties Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Light housekeeping tasks, such as, laundry, linen cleaning, meal planning, preparation and storing leftovers. Home Safety/fall prevention Uphold resident rights by treating all clients with dignity and respect. Personal Support Qualifications Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. A high school diploma or GED is required. CPR certification is highly preferred. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and their families.
