Duties Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and children with diverse needs, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines including feeding, diapering, dressing, and nap schedules for young children Support early childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, socialization, and emotional growth Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and address behavioral challenges effectively Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to create tailored care plans that meet individual needs Maintain a clean, organized environment adhering to health and safety standards including first aid procedures when necessary Assist with classroom activities or daycare routines to foster a nurturing educational atmosphere Qualifications Prior experience working with children in childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid and CPR required; additional training in working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage behavior positively and effectively support children's emotional well-being Strong communication skills to collaborate with families and team members effectively Compassionate attitude with patience, flexibility, and a genuine desire to support children's growth and safety Experience caring for infants and toddlers or teaching young children is a plus Join us in creating a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported!
