This role offers an exciting opportunity to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive, learn, and feel secure. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong caregiving skills, and a genuine passion for working with children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Your responsibilities will include engaging children in age-appropriate activities, ensuring their safety, and assisting with daily routines such as meal preparation and light housekeeping. This position emphasizes the importance of personalized care tailored to each child's unique needs while fostering a warm and supportive atmosphere. Responsibilities Provide attentive and loving care for children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Prepare nutritious meals and snacks suited to each child's dietary requirements Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, nap times, and developmental activities Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing tailored caregiving strategies Engage children in educational play, arts and crafts, outdoor activities, and developmental exercises Maintain a clean and organized environment through residential housekeeping tasks such as cleaning toys, children's areas, and laundry Offer personal transportation assistance for school drop-offs, appointments or outings as needed Administer first aid and CPR in emergency situations following proper protocols Collaborate with parents to ensure consistent routines and communicate progress or concerns effectively Requirements Proven experience working with children in roles such as nannying, babysitting or daycare work Demonstrated experience caring for multiple children simultaneously in private home settings Knowledge of infant care practices including feeding, diapering, sleep routines, and developmental milestones Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Certifications in first aid and CPR are required; ongoing training is preferred Strong skills in childcare including toddler care, preschool activities, meal preparation, and light housekeeping Ability to provide personal transportation assistance safely using reliable transportation methods Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with families and healthcare providers if necessary A positive attitude combined with flexibility, patience, and a proactive approach to caregiving Join us to make a meaningful difference in children's lives by providing loving care that promotes growth, safety, and happiness.
