Job Description
## Job Summary 24 hours a week Tuesday
- Friday and once every other Saturday We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in nursing homes, direct support, and assisting individuals with developmental disabilities. ## Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Administer medications following prescribed guidelines
- Perform dementia care tasks with empathy and understanding
- Utilize lift systems to safely transfer individuals
- Support individuals in an assisted living environment ## Requirements
- Prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Proficiency in medication administration protocols
- Knowledge of dementia care best practices
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and empathy
