•19/hour + bonus opportunities | 4-hour minimum shifts | Longer shifts available Looking for flexible, rewarding work that actually feels good at the end of the day? At First Coast Senior Care , we have the privilege of working with some pretty amazing older adults. Our clients are still largely independent — they just need a little extra support to continue enjoying life at home, staying active, and doing the things that matter to them. And we're looking for great people to spend time with them. You don't need professional caregiving experience. Maybe you've raised a family, helped care for an aging parent or grandparent, managed a household, or you're simply someone who is dependable, compassionate, and genuinely enjoys older adults. Life experience absolutely counts. This isn't a position that involves bathing or toileting. Our clients are independent with those activities. Instead, a shift might include making a meal together, going for a walk, heading out for lunch, driving to an appointment, playing cards, tackling a project, doing some light housekeeping, or simply having a great conversation. We want our clients to do more than just stay safely at home. We want them to live well. That's why our approach centers around four pillars: MOVE — Stay active THINK — Keep the mind engaged CONNECT — Build meaningful connection PURPOSE — Keep doing things that bring meaning to the day What matters most to us? Reliability. Our clients count on us. We're looking for people who show up when they say they will, take initiative, communicate well, and treat our clients like the capable adults they are. Our minimum scheduled shift is 4 hours , with longer shifts and additional hours available.
