Assisted Living / Mental Health Residential Facility Position Overview is seeking a dependable live-in overnight resident care aide for a quiet assisted living and mental health residential environment. We currently house 9 residents and are expanding toward a 16-resident capacity. This position is primarily an overnight presence role with light responsibilities in a low-activity setting. The ideal candidate is reliable, calm, and comfortable in a residential care environment. Primary Responsibilities Remain onsite overnight from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM Lock facility doors at 10:00 PM Unlock facility doors at 6:00 AM Monitor the home for safety and emergencies Provide occasional resident assistance if needed Assist with medication passing when scheduled Occasionally prepare or assist with simple breakfast service Complete basic incident documentation if necessary Contact management or emergency services when appropriate Work Environment Quiet overnight atmosphere Minimal physical activity Majority of overnight hours are low-demand Supportive residential setting Live-in accommodations may be included depending on arrangement Qualifications Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in a mental health residential setting Ability to stay calm and professional during emergencies Medication assistance experience preferred but not required Background screening required
