Limitless Living SRQ is urgently hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers to join our growing team in the Sarasota and Bradenton area. We are looking for caring individuals who enjoy helping others and want to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients. Our caregivers provide one-on-one support in clients' homes to help them remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible.

Pay:

$18.00 per hour We are actively hiring and looking for caregivers who are reliable, professional, patient, and ready to provide high-quality care. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Assist with walking, mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed Provide companionship and meaningful interaction Prepare meals and assist with meal preparation Provide medication reminders as directed by the client's care plan Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and general household tasks Assist clients with their daily routines Provide support to clients with memory loss, dementia, or other individual care needs Observe and report changes in a client's condition or behavior to the appropriate person Follow individualized care plans and company policies Maintain a safe, clean, respectful, and comfortable environment for clients Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the Limitless Living SRQ team What We're Looking For Compassionate, patient, and dependable individuals Reliable and punctual Professional and respectful Comfortable providing personal care Able to follow care plans and instructions Strong communication skills Ability to work independently in a client's home Experience in caregiving, home care, senior care, assisted living, or a related setting is preferred Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care is a plus Willingness to assist clients with mobility and transfers when required Join Our Team At Limitless Living SRQ, we believe quality care starts with compassionate caregivers.
