The goal is to help residents build independence, stay safe, and live meaningful daily lives in a structured and supportive environment. This role goes beyond basic care—you're helping with life skills, behavior, and personal growth, not just daily tasks. Responsibilities on-the-job training Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and nap times for young children. Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive conduct and emotional regulation. Collaborate with families and team members to create personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment that complies with health and safety standards.

Assist with:

Activities, Exercise, Community outings.

Record:

Behaviors, Progress on goals, and Incidents or concerns Basic life skills (cleaning, cooking, routines) for them Help residents become more independent over time!
