Personal Support/ Homemaker

As a caregiver with CE HCA, you will provide assistance and companionship to clients in their homes. Your role is vital in supporting daily living activities, promoting a safe and healthy environment, and enhancing the overall well being of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily activities. Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation and activities Assist with planning and preparation according to dietary needs Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or light outings (if applicable) Monitor and report changes in client's physical or emotional condition to supervisor Maintain accurate records of care provided

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Compassionate, reliable, and patient Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow plans Must pass background check Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for position) CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
