Job Overview We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in providing exceptional support and personalized care to individuals in various living environments. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve by assisting with daily activities, monitoring health and safety, and creating a warm, supportive environment. About Private Care Solutions Private Care Solutions provides high-quality, concierge-level in-home care for families who want their loved ones supported in the comfort of their homes. Our caregivers assist clients with daily living activities while preserving dignity, independence, and quality of life. We serve clients throughout Palm Beach County including Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Wellington, Delray Beach, and Jupiter. Duties Assist residents and clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by checking vital signs, observing changes in condition, and reporting findings to healthcare professionals Support medication administration following prescribed care plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption as needed Maintain cleanliness of living spaces by performing light cleaning duties and ensuring hygiene standards are met Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance Document care activities accurately, update care plans regularly, and communicate effectively with team members about patient progress Requirements Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide mobility assistance and fall prevention support Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with medication reminders Monitor and report changes in client condition Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Prior experience working in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care settings preferred Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, hospice care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional certifications such as HIPAA training are a plus Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks involved in patient monitoring and mobility support Strong observational skills for patient safety, medication adherence, and behavioral changes Excellent communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams, residents' families, and other caregivers Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve the well-being of others Qualifications Active Florida CNA license or HHA Certification Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or hospital settings preferred Reliable transportation Professional, compassionate demeanor Ability to maintain client confidentiality Strong communication skills Join us in creating a caring environment where every individual receives respectful, attentive support.
