About Us We are a NEW private home health agency in Indian River County looking for exceptionally talented Home Health Aids, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Companions to help us grow. Caring for people is at the heart of everything we do. We strive to provide care that exceeds industry standards by investing in both our clients and our employees. What You'll Do Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance. Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation. Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed. Perform light housekeeping and laundry to help maintain a safe, comfortable home. Remind clients to take medications as directed (within Florida regulations). Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support. Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition to the supervising nurse or office staff. Accurately complete required documentation and visit notes. Treat every client with kindness, dignity, respect, and compassion. Required Qualifications A positive, happy, and smiling person. Minimum 18 years of age. Valid Florida Home Health Aide certificate or equivalent qualification required by Florida regulations. Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 background screening. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to work independently while following each client's individualized care plan. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn. Preferred Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant, or companion. Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities. Knowledge of dementia or Alzheimer's care. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
