Job Description
We are seeking warm, reliable, and dependable caregivers to provide non-skilled homemaker and companion care to seniors in their homes, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in helping others maintain their independence and quality of life through everyday support — not medical or clinical care. Caregivers work one-on-one with clients, building trusting relationships while assisting with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, and companionship. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly companionship and engage clients in conversation, hobbies, and activities Assist with light housekeeping: tidying, laundry, dishes, and general home upkeep Prepare and serve meals according to client preferences and dietary needs Provide transportation and accompaniment to appointments, errands, and social outings Assist with grocery shopping and other errands Provide non-medical personal care support (e.g., dressing, grooming) as permitted by the non-skilled scope Offer medication reminders (not administration) Monitor and report any changes in a client's condition, mood, or home environment to the Care Coordinator Maintain accurate, timely documentation of visits and care provided Foster a safe, respectful, and dignified environment for each client This is a non-skilled role. Caregivers do not perform clinical or medical tasks (e.g., wound care, injections, medication administration, or other services requiring a licensed nurse or CNA).
Pay:
