All positions are paid, and this event is designed to connect talented candidates with our growing team. Duties Provide compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Observe and monitor patients' conditions, noting vital signs and changes in health status Assist with medication administration following proper protocols and documentation standards Support patients with dementia, Alzheimer's, or memory care needs through personalized engagement and safety measures Operate Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to accurately document care activities and medical records Utilize specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or catheter care tools to ensure safe patient handling Maintain a clean and safe environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks like laundry and meal preparation Skills Strong patient observation skills with the ability to recognize changes in health or behavior Experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care settings Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and medical documentation practices Ability to assist with ADLs and provide specialized dementia or Alzheimer's care Certification in CPR and first aid; experience with hospice or long-term care preferred Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate record keeping Compassionate caregiving approach with excellent communication skills and patience for working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges This open interview event is your chance to join a dedicated team that values your skills and passion for caring.
