Join our team as a Resident Assistant and help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for seniors. This is more than a job. What You'll Do Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care, dressing, grooming, mobility, dining, and reminders. Encourage participation in social events, activities, and community programs. Build positive relationships with residents and help enhance their quality of life. Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or behavioral well-being. Respond promptly and compassionately to resident requests and emergencies. Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with team members. Follow community policies, safety procedures, and training requirements. What We're Looking For Compassionate, patient, and service-oriented attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. Experience working with seniors, assisted living, memory care, or healthcare is a plus. CNA certification preferred, but not required.
