Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced, compassionate, and dependable caregivers to join our assisted living community. Whether you are an HHA, PCA, or an experienced caregiver, this role is essential in providing high-quality, respectful care that enhances the daily lives of our residents. We are looking for individuals who are patient, attentive, and truly dedicated to making a difference.Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide hands-on support while encouraging independence and dignity Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Assist with light housekeeping tasks and maintaining a clean, safe environment Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the care team Support infection control and safety protocols at all times Respond promptly to resident needs and call lightsQualifications:
HHA or PCA certification preferred , but not required with strong caregiving experience Prior experience in assisted living, home care, or long-term care strongly preferred Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused mindset Reliable, responsible, and professional Ability to work well as part of a team Good communication skills Ability to handle physical demands of the role (lifting, assisting with mobility, etc.)Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hourBenefits:
