SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for a dedicated Live-In Care Partner who is dependable, patient, attentive and understands that excellent care goes beyond just completing tasks. It means treating every client with dignity, respect and kindness. As a Live-In Care Partner, you will support the client with daily living activities, personal care, companionship and safety while maintaining a comfortable and clean home environment. The Care Partner is expected to remain at the client's residence for the scheduled live-in assignment. Care Partners must remain attentive, responsive, and prepared to assist the client whenever care is needed. Requirements Three years of professional caregiving experience. CNA, PCA, and home care experience preferred. Reliable transportation Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
