As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, personalized support to promote safety, development, and well-being. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and children, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines including feeding, diapering, dressing, and nap schedules for young children Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development and learning Support children with disabilities by implementing individualized care plans and behavior management strategies Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and safety protocols and conducting regular inspections Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and any concerns Assist with classroom activities or daycare routines if working in educational or daycare settings Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Experience working with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Familiarity with childcare standards, classroom experience, or daycare operations Ability to perform first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies Compassionate caregiver with excellent communication skills and patience Skilled in behavior management techniques tailored to individual needs Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued Knowledge of babysitting, nannying, or early childhood teaching enhances your ability to connect with children effectively
