Weekly Pay Paid Holidays Quick and easy onboarding process Easily accessible Administrator Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for residents. Monitor and document clients' health and behavior, reporting any changes to the supervising nurse or family members. Ensure a safe and clean living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. Support individuals with disabilities and seniors in achieving their personal goals and maintaining independence. Qualifications Proven experience in long-term care and home & community care settings Strong caregiving skills with a focus on personal care home environments Knowledge of first aid and assisted living practices Familiarity with activities of daily living (ADLs) and memory care techniques Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and Alzheimer's care Understanding of resident's rights and senior care principles
