You will play an important role in promoting comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life for each client you serve. What You'll Do Assist clients with daily personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders Provide companionship, conversation, encouragement, and emotional support Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment through light housekeeping tasks Monitor and report changes in the client's health, mood, behavior, or overall condition Support seniors and individuals with disabilities in maintaining independence and completing daily routines Follow personalized care plans while respecting each client's privacy, dignity, and preferences Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, families, supervisors, and agency staff What We're Looking For Previous experience in home care, assisted living, long-term care, or community-based care is preferred Hands-on caregiving or personal care experience is strongly preferred Basic knowledge of first aid practices is a plus Familiarity with ADLs, memory care, dementia care, and Alzheimer's support is preferred Experience supporting seniors, individuals with disabilities, developmental disabilities, or memory-related conditions is a plus Understanding of client rights, confidentiality, and person-centered care Strong communication, time management, reliability, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while remaining professional, compassionate, and dependable Ready to Make an Impact?
