CLIENT- ( Morning Shifts) Mon-Thurs (30 hours per week) Bright Star Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated

CNA/ PCA

to provide essential care and support to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, promote patient well-being, and ensure a safe environment. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care, along with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families. Responsibilities Assist patients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing. Help with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients. Monitor and document patient health status, including vital signs as needed. Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary. Support behavioral health initiatives by recognizing changes in patient behavior and reporting them appropriately. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Qualifications High School diploma Must be at least 18 years of age. Certified Nursing Certification preferred or 2 years of PCT experience required Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents, families and staff members Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for seniors without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others. Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment. Must have current BLS card and Negative TB test before application submission Weekly Pay!
