Home Care Advisor Seniors Helping Seniors® Mid-South Georgia Lake Oconee / Lake Sinclair | Full-Time Help Us Make a Difference for Seniors in Lake Country Seniors Helping Seniors® Mid-South Georgia is looking for a highly relational, community-minded professional to serve as our Lake Country Home Care Advisor . This is not a traditional sales role—and it's not simply an office position. You'll be the local face of Seniors Helping Seniors in Lake Country , helping families find the right care, building relationships throughout the community, welcoming exceptional caregivers to our team, and helping lead the day-to-day execution of our Lake Country office. You'll have meaningful ownership locally while being supported by an experienced team in business development, caregiver experience, scheduling, case management and operations. What You'll Do Represent Us in the Community Build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals, senior communities, churches, civic organizations and other referral partners. Attend local events and help make Seniors Helping Seniors one of Lake Country's most trusted resources for seniors and their families. Help Families Navigate Care Speak with prospective clients and families, conduct in-home assessments, understand their needs and help guide them from their initial inquiry through the successful start of care. Help Build an Exceptional Caregiver Team Identify great local caregiver candidates, support recruiting efforts, conduct new-caregiver orientations and help create an environment where caregivers feel welcomed, valued and connected to our mission. Lead Our Local Office Serve as the primary professional in our Lake Country office and an important local connection between clients, caregivers, referral partners and our Augusta-based support team. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with seniors, families, caregivers and community partners Strong organizational and time-management skills , including the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently follow through Proficiency with Google Workspace , including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Drive Confident and engaging when presenting to and facilitating small and medium-sized groups , including caregiver orientations, community presentations and referral-partner meetings Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Professional presence and sound judgment when representing the organization in the community Ability to work independently, take initiative and remain accountable while collaborating with a broader support team Ability to handle confidential client, family and employee information with discretion Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Lake Oconee/Lake Sinclair area Experience in healthcare, home care, senior living, community relations, recruiting, hospitality, sales or another relationship-driven field preferred Knowledge of and existing relationships within the Lake Country community strongly preferred This is an opportunity to do more than fill a position.
