Job Description

Job Summary Join our compassionate team as an In Home Caregiver CNA/PCA, providing essential support to clients in their homes during a dedicated 3-hour window 10am-1pm M-W-F. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives by assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and promoting independence. Ideal candidates are energetic, humorous, witty, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a home environment. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and observe patients for any changes in condition or behavior, documenting findings accurately in provided application Provide medication remindes Perform vital signs assessments such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature checks Provide specialized care for clients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other memory-related conditions, including memory care strategies Support safe transfers using Hoyer lifts or other mobility aids as needed Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe living environment Skills Proven experience in home health care or long-term care environments with a focus on senior care and assisted living settings Skilled in working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities, including dementia and Alzheimer's care Excellent patient observation skills to identify changes in condition promptly Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to all safety protocols and HIPAA regulations Compassionate caregiver with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward patient well-being CPR certification required along with CNA or PCA credits This role offers an enriching opportunity to provide vital support during the early hours of the day.
