Job Description

Benefits:
Competitive salary Flexible schedule Training & development Most of our clients are your neighbors — and right now, some of them need you. Assisting Hands Home Care is a nationally recognized home care brand, but when you call our Kennesaw office, you get a real person on our local team. No call centers, no AI, no being put on hold with someone in another state. We hire caregivers directly as W-2 employees, and we're actively looking for a few more people to join us. What the work looks like You'd be visiting clients in their homes — helping with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), preparing meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. As your schedule fills in, you'll often build ongoing relationships with the same clients week to week — and those connections are one of the best parts of this work. When you're starting out, there may be some variety while we match you with the right clients. The schedule Daytime hours are our biggest need right now — generally 8am to 5pm on weekdays. We also have openings for evening and overnight shifts. We're looking for caregivers who can commit to 20 or more hours per week. What we need from you Valid Georgia driver's license with a reliable, insured vehicle Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified before you start) Negative TB test or chest X-ray Clear background check CNA or PCA experience is a plus — if you have real caregiving experience but no credentials, paid training is available What you get $15-$18/hr depending on your experience and certifications W-2 employment — direct hire, not a contractor or agency temp Mileage reimbursement Holiday pay at time-and-a-half Bi-weekly paychecks Referral bonuses — refer a caregiver who stays and you get paid Paid training and continuing education 24/7 support We know the people in this town. We'd like to know you too. We're scheduling interviews now — apply today!
