Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff. Provide basic life support as needed and assist in emergency situations. Support patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Document patient care activities accurately and timely. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Requirements Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. Strong knowledge of basic life support techniques. Experience in assisted living or acute care settings preferred. Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential. Knowledge of anatomy and basic medical terminology is beneficial.
