Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

We're currently looking for an experienced Caregiver to join our team in Lawrenceville, GA . This is a live-in style position with a 7-days-on / 7-days-off schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Provide supervision for medication administration Assist with routine hygiene care throughout the day Support and document progress on ISP/Plan of Care goals Encourage individual growth, learning, and development Complete daily progress notes focusing on person-centered care Perform light housekeeping (vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping/mopping, laundry, etc.) Prepare well-balanced meals and snacks Take out trash as needed Understand and follow all home policies, procedures, and emergency protocols Attend mandatory staff meetings and scheduled training sessions Promote teamwork and positive relationships with other staff members Maintain accurate individual records on-site Provide transportation for appointments, errands, and outings Perform other duties as assigned If you're interested or would like to learn more, we'd love to hear from you!
