We are currently seeking experienced, caring Personal Care Aides to join our growing team. Job Summary As a Personal Care Aide , you will provide essential personal care and companionship services to clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and individuals who need daily support to maintain their independence. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care , including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping Assist with medication reminders Support clients with mobility assistance and transfers Escort clients to medical appointments and errands Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to a supervisor Maintain accurate care logs and documentation Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Prior experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Caregiver preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Compassionate, patient, and reliable CPR/First Aid certification required What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling — days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts available Paid training and orientation Supportive team and management Opportunity for advancement into supervisory or care coordinator roles Why Work With Us?
