Compassionate Group Home Caregiver -
Part-Time or Full-Time Now Hiring:
Caregiver | 6:00 AM-10:00 AM Monday-Friday & Every Other Weekend 8:00 AM-4:00 PM We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and caring caregiver to join our group home team. Our home serves individuals with developmental disabilities who deserve to be treated with dignity, patience, kindness, and respect. Position Responsibilities Provide compassionate, person-centered care and support Assist individuals with activities of daily living Safely operate a Hoyer lift and assist with transfers Prepare meals and assist with household tasks Support individuals with daily routines and personal choices Provide transportation and community support as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment Read, write, and complete required documentation accurately on a daily basis Document services, activities, observations, and care provided Follow all care plans, policies, and procedures Treat every individual with dignity, patience, and respect
Schedule Monday-Friday:
6:00 AM-10:00
AM Every Other Weekend:
8:00 AM-4:00 PM Requirements Must be compassionate, patient, dependable, and trustworthy Valid driver's license required Must be comfortable and experienced with a Hoyer lift Must be able to read and write and complete daily documentation Must be able to accurately document care and observations Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Must be willing to assist with personal care, meals, laundry, and light housekeeping The Right Person for Our Home We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and understands that small acts of kindness can make a big difference .
