We are a mission-driven organization committed to providing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where residents can grow and thrive. Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Overnight Support Staff member to join our team. This is a sleeping, on-call position , meaning staff are permitted to sleep during overnight hours but must remain on-site and be available to respond promptly to resident or infant needs and any emergencies. Responsibilities Remain on-site overnight in a sleeping/on-call capacity Respond to resident and infant needs, including emergencies Provide support during illness, emotional distress, or labor situations Ensure the home is secure, quiet, and safe overnight Administer medications (when applicable) and complete documentation Monitor resident activity and ensure adherence to house guidelines Document and communicate important information to team members Provide emergency transportation (e.g., hospital visits) if needed Additional Duties Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean environment Support general household operations Assist with conflict resolution and resident guidance Follow all organizational policies, procedures, and safety protocols Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Must be at least 21 years of age Experience in residential care, direct care, or similar setting preferred Experience working with mothers and infants preferred Skills & Abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and responsive in emergency situations Team-oriented with a professional and positive attitude Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Requirements Valid driver's license and willingness to transport residents if needed 2 employment references Ability to pass background check and MVR check Current TB test and physical Willingness to complete required trainings (CPR, Mandated Reporter, etc.) Why Join Us?
