Job Description

Job Overview Graceful Healing Home Care has an immediate need for experienced, dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to join our caregiving team. As a Caregiver for our agency, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to patients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and making a difference in people's lives. Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Help patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain electronic health records
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality Skills To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
  • Ability to lift and move patients with proper body mechanics
  • Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
  • Understanding of hospice care principles and practices
