Overview Join the Affluent Healthcare LLC Team! Affluent Healthcare LLC is an RN-owned and operated, Georgia Licensed Private Home Care Provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality in-home care. Our mission is to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home. We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and professional caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and adults in our communities. Responsibilities Provide personal care according to each client's individualized care plan. Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support. Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care. Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse or supervisor. Complete required documentation accurately and on time. Follow all agency policies, safety procedures, and client confidentiality requirements. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience as a PCA, Caregiver, HHA, preferred. Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Current TB screening. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. Ability to pass a criminal background check.
