Aloha Behavioral Health and Home Care Services Job Summary:
Aloha Behavioral Health and Home Care Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Hawaii. As a Caregiver with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients by providing high-quality, personalized care in their own homes. Our ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare setting and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to patients, including taking medical histories, conducting exams, and developing treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and their families on healthcare and wellness topics Record and maintain accurate patient medical records
Things We Look For:
A degree in a healthcare field (e.g. nursing, medicine, etc.) Experience in a healthcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills A passion for providing exceptional patient care
Qualifications:
Current CPR/First Aid Certification Current TB test Valid Driver's License Valid Vehicle Insurance Must Live on the
Big Island Hourly Rate:
Non-CNA:
$18/hr
CNA:
$20/hr
